The two major websites that let you easily sign up for affiliate programs are http://www.cj.com and http://www.linkshare.com. They have contracted with many online stores.
By the way, I know a way to get money back anytime you or someone you refer buys something from Ebay or over 120 popular online stores. If you refer alot of people, this will constantly generate money because you will get a commission every time they make a purchase and they get money back every time also so they are motivated to use the system. Yes. Many of the advertisers use affiliate junction or google. It easier to just use google.
